Small-scale projects current call

- 23 May 2024: Opening of project submission on JEMS
- 27 June 2024 at 13:00 CET: Deadline for submitting applications
- Mid-Oct. 2024: Programme Committee decision
- Late Oct. / Nov. 2024: Lead Partners‘ Get started! Seminar
Total budget: €250k to €750k
Duration: 12 to 24 months
Partnership: 4 to 7 partners
Transnationality: at least 3 countries

January 2024: 32 project proposals have been selected for step 2.

Step 2 (shortlisted projects)
- 8 March 2024 13:00 CET: Deadline for submission
- 5-6 June 2024: Programme Committee meeting
- 24-25 June 2024: Get started! Seminar for lead partners
- 01 July or 01 Sep. 2024: Start selected projects
Total budget: €1m to €3m
Duration: 24 to 36 months
Partnership: 7 to 12 partners
Transnationality: at least 4 countries
Calls calendar
- Project proposals can be submitted as of publication of the terms of reference until a pre-defined deadline.
- Calls are open generally for about two months.
- Applications have to be submitted via the Joint Electronic Monitoring System (Jems).

Jems
The Joint Electronic Monitoring System (Jems) is a tool for project applicants and project partners to create and submit application forms. It also allows the programme bodies to monitor the implementation of the projects as well as of the programme itself. It should be noted that Jems is not a management tool for project partners.

National Info Days
The national Alpine Space Contacts Points organise information sessions on the current call for projects. They provide you with all the necessary information in their national language, among others on the national requirements for the project partners.
