As of today, stakeholders are invited to submit their proposals to the call for stakeholder sessions of the 3rd EU Macro-Regional Strategies Week (EU MRS Week) taking place from 7 to 11 March 2022.

The motto of this year is Engage, Empower, Evolve. This applies also to the programme of the 3rd EU MRS Week for which we have launched for the first time a call for stakeholder sessions. This will broaden involvement and give various stakeholders from the EU and beyond the possibility to shape the EU MRS Week with us.
The programme will provide room for the stakeholder sessions between Tuesday afternoon (8 March) and Thursday afternoon (10 March). The length per session has been set at 90 minutes and will be held in a digital format.
What to consider?
The proposals have to focus on one of the three topics of the week: Youth, EU Green Deal and Social Innovation. Proposals with a cross-MRS approach, which are inspiring, replicable and clearly related to the key objectives of at least one of the four macro-regions will have higher chances to be selected by our evaluation committee.
For the submission, the following information will be needed:
- Title
- Agenda
- Names of speakers and the moderator
- Concept of the session
- Short description for the event website
- Preferred day and time slot

The evaluation committee will inform the stakeholders about the results on 10 February 2022.
